Day 2

Strength Training:
Legs
Quads: 30 lbs--2 reps of 8
Hamstrings: 30 lbs--3 reps of 10
Squats: 20 lbs--3 reps of 8
Abs
Side bends with 6 lb ball--3 reps of 15
Some stupid crunch thing that almost killed me
Cherry pickers with 4 lb ball--25
Intervals-30 minutes
1 mile walk

Tomorrow should be fun
